DO YOU HAVE FREE DELIVERY?
We do have free deliveries for orders above 100 SEK within Sweden. For orders below 100 SEK the freight cost is 49 SEK.
For orders outside Sweden we charge the following amounts:
Norway - 49 NOK
Denmark - 49 DKK
Finland - 5 Euro
Rest of the world - 5 Euro
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we do! However in some countries extra customs charges may come with the purchase.
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items. If you want to switch your product for another one, you’ll need to place a new order with the product that you like to change to, and return the product that you no longer want.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Yes. From the day that you get your package, you have 14 days to return any products. We do not offer free returns. Returns within Sweden will cost 69 SEK. Please note, items purchased at hannahamanda.com can only be returned by post. Please read about our return policy here

MY DELIVERY DID NOT MATCH MY ORDER. I GOT WRONG PRODUCT/SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
You should receive your delivery within 3 - 5 working days after you submit your order.
I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
It can take up to 14 days before we recieve and registrate your return. Then it takes up to 5 working days before Klara has processed your payment. You will get a notification from Klarna when your order and payment is processed. If you’d like, you can choose to extend the due date for your payment at www.mittklarna.se. This way, your returned orders will get back to us in time so that we can cancel the payment.
MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK DUE TO NO PICKUP, BUT I’D STILL LIKE TO HAVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you still want the products sent to you, you will need to submit a new order online.

I HAVE SENT BACK MY ORDER FOR A RETURN. DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE INVOICE?
You can wait to pay the invoice until we have registered your return and updated the invoice so that it only applies to the products you want to keep. Once we have received and registered your return, you will receive a new updated invoice from Klarna. Keep an eye for it in your mailbox. You can choose to extend the due date for your invoice payment at www.mittklarna.se or at their customer service.
